Weekly Commercial Flower Services

Modern weekly florals for lobbies, conference rooms, and executive spaces.

Fresh flowers change how a workplace feels the moment someone walks in. Our office flower subscription is designed for clean, design-forward interiors, with sculptural greens, refined silhouettes, and premium seasonal stems that stay polished through the week. Expect arrangements that read like intentional styling, not leftover bouquets. We handle the details so your space always looks considered.

Our Customers

A workplace refresh people notice without you saying a word

If your lobby is the first impression, your conference room is where decisions happen. You want workplace flowers that feel calm and modern, never loud or fussy, and you need them to arrive on a schedule that keeps everything looking crisp.

Fiore Designs creates office flowers with an architectural approach: layered greens, clean negative space, and restrained accents that complement modern interiors. We design for specific surfaces and sightlines, from reception counters to long boardroom tables, with proportions that photograph well and stay composed in real workdays.

Worried about scent, mess, or arrangements that look tired by day three? We curate varieties and mechanics for longevity, keep styling intentional, and tailor scale to each placement so your office lobby flowers and meeting spaces stay consistently polished.

What We Create

A subscription should feel cohesive across the office, but never repetitive. We build a rotation of modern floral moments that fit your layout, brand tone, and pace of business.

  • Reception and lobby statement arrangements designed to hold their silhouette all week, with sculptural greens and a clean, editorial presence
  • Low, wide boardroom centerpieces that keep sightlines open while giving the table a confident, tailored finish
  • Minimal desk arrangements with intentional negative space, styled to feel calming rather than distracting
  • A run of bud vases for long meeting tables or credenzas, repeating simple components for a quiet, design-forward rhythm
  • Executive office and client-suite pieces with line-driven movement, built to read beautifully against glass, stone, and wood
  • Seasonal refresh weeks that shift texture and tone subtly, keeping the office flower subscription feeling current without becoming colorful or busy
  • Plant-forward options as an alternate subscription style, including modern succulent bowls and botanical-only foliage moments

Our Process

1

Design Consultation

To begin a subscription, we start with an in-person design consultation. We’ll visit your home or office to understand your style, space, and preferred placements. Our creative director will tailor the floral arrangements—adjusting vase size and quantity to suit your needs.
2

Vessel Selection

After the consultation, we will research and prepare a vessel proposal for you to choose from, aligning with your budget and taste for each placement. We will purchase two sets of vessels for weekly rotation, which are yours to keep.
3

Weekly Deliveries

Once everything is finalized and we receive the vases, weekly deliveries will begin. Each week, we’ll deliver fresh flowers and collect the previous arrangements, keeping one set of vases in your space filled with flowers while the other set is prepared in our studio for the next delivery.

FAQs

Tell us about your office
We set a delivery cadence (typically weekly) and define placement points like reception, conference rooms, and executive offices. Each week we rotate recipes and textures within a consistent modern-organic look, then deliver and style the arrangements on-site so they read clean and composed in your space.
Yes. Lobby work is all about scale, sightlines, and durability. We design statement arrangements that look premium from the door, stay tidy in high-traffic areas, and sit securely on stone or wood counters without visual clutter.
We can provide vessels that suit your interior palette, including matte black and clear glass options. For subscriptions, we typically work with a vessel strategy that keeps your look consistent and makes weekly swaps quick and clean.
If you have a last-minute need, reach out and we will tell you what is possible based on the day’s schedule and seasonal availability. We can often accommodate quick-turn requests, especially for conference-table pieces and reception styling, while keeping the design aligned with your subscription look.
Absolutely. We can prioritize low-fragrance ingredients and avoid heavy pollen varieties. If your team has sensitivities, we will steer the floral recipe toward clean greenery architecture, minimal accents, and refined focal blooms that feel fresh without overwhelming the space.
We design for longevity with intentional stem choices, strong mechanics, and clean silhouettes that do not collapse quickly. We also tailor each arrangement to its environment, considering sun exposure, HVAC, and foot traffic, so the flowers hold up in real offices, not just in photos.

Office flowers should be easy to live with and consistently on-brand, not another task on your team’s list. Here are the questions we hear most when clients are considering corporate flower delivery and lobby flowers. Still have questions?
