Fiore Designs (“we”, “us”) is a floral design studio and flower shop at 3393 Robertson Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90034. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit fioredesigns.com, place an order, or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you place an order
- Your details: name, email address, phone number and billing address.
- The recipient’s details: their name, delivery address and phone number, the delivery date you choose, and your card message or delivery notes.
- Payment: your card or Apple Pay payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you order by phone, we enter your card details directly into Stripe’s secure system and do not keep a copy.
- Your order: what you bought, the price, and the order history.
If you send flowers to someone else, you are giving us their details. We use them only to deliver your order and to contact the recipient about that delivery.
When you send an enquiry
When you ask us about a wedding, event, corporate account or weekly flowers, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, budget and message.
When you create an account
Your name, email address and password, plus any saved addresses and your order history.
When you sign up for our emails
Your email address, and whether you opened or clicked our emails.
When you contact us
Whatever you share with us by email, phone or in person.
Automatically, when you browse
When you visit our site, we and the tools we use automatically collect some information: the pages you view, the links you click, the website that sent you to us, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use your information
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders, and to send you order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To reply to your enquiries and plan your wedding, event or regular flowers.
- To run your account.
- To send you our emails, if you signed up for them.
- To understand how people use our site, so we can improve it.
- To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payment processing: Stripe, to take payments securely.
- Delivery: our delivery team, or a delivery partner if we use one, receives the recipient’s name, address and phone number.
- Online store and website hosting: the companies that host our website and online store.
- Email: Klaviyo, to send our emails and manage subscriptions.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Ahrefs, to measure how our site is used.
- Maps: Google Maps, to show our location on some pages.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or if our business is sold or transferred.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use them to:
- Make the site work: keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, and complete checkout. Stripe also uses cookies at checkout to prevent fraud.
- Measure visits: Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. Ahrefs Web Analytics also measures visits.
- Email: Klaviyo’s script on our site may recognize you if you are on our email list, so the emails we send are more relevant to you.
- Maps: Google may set cookies when you view a page with a Google map.
These companies may collect information about your activity on our site and on other websites over time.
Your choices:
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, your cart, sign-in and checkout may not work.
- You can stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.
Our emails
If you sign up for our emails, we will send you news, offers and seasonal collections. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will still send emails about your orders, such as confirmations and delivery updates.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Orders: as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
- Enquiries: as long as we are discussing or working on your event, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: Google Analytics deletes data after the retention period set in our account.
How we protect your information
Our site uses encryption (HTTPS). Payments are processed by Stripe, which meets the payment card industry’s security standard (PCI DSS). Only our team members who need your information to do their work can access it. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that is wrong, or
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
You can update most account details yourself after signing in. For anything else, email info@fioredesigns.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as our Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on our website.
