Delivery Policy

Fiore Designs delivers fresh flower arrangements across Los Angeles, serving neighborhoods within a 12-mile radius of our Culver City studio. Here is everything you need to know about how delivery works.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver Monday through Saturday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, Monday through Saturday. Deliveries arrive between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific time within that window, but we do our best to accommodate timing requests.

Delivery Area

Our delivery radius covers 12 miles from our studio in Culver City, Los Angeles. This includes most of West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Venice, Brentwood, Westwood, and surrounding neighborhoods. A quick search on Google Maps will confirm whether your address is within range.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and a separate delivery confirmation. If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@fioredesigns.com.

Recipient Availability

Because flowers are fragile, we confirm with the recipient that someone will be available to receive the delivery. Without recipient confirmation or contact information, we cannot guarantee the delivery date. This policy helps us make sure every arrangement arrives in the best possible condition.

Custom Orders and Extended Delivery

For larger arrangements, custom designs, or deliveries outside our standard 12-mile radius, contact us directly at info@fioredesigns.com. We can often accommodate special requests with advance notice.

Event and Wedding Delivery
