Grand Opening

Luxury grand opening flowers and floral installations designed for press-ready brand moments.

A grand opening moves fast, and every photo counts. Fiore Designs creates floral design that looks intentional from the curb to the step-and-repeat, with clean mechanics and camera-ready scale. Think abundant entrances, refined photo-op framing, and ribbon cutting flowers that feel celebratory without looking staged. If you need a grand opening florist who understands brand-forward details, you are in the right place.

Inside a clothing store, a tall, sprawling arrangement of green leafy branches and pale pink lilies sits on a wooden table in front of a "Favori" sign.

Our Customers

Make the first impression feel unforgettable, then photograph beautifully all night.

You are juggling a lot: timing, media, VIPs, and a space that needs to feel instantly special the moment doors open. Grand opening flowers should welcome guests, guide them to your key moments, and give them obvious places to take photos without blocking flow.

Our approach is design-led and brand-aware. We build cohesive grand opening decor through florals: entry pedestal groupings with depth and dimension, sculptural statement pieces near signage, and smaller touchpoints that carry the palette through the experience. Every recipe is curated for freshness, longevity, and clean photography under mixed lighting.

If you have seen sparse arrangements or blooms that do not hold up, you are not alone. We plan density, scale, and stem counts upfront, and we source premium product so your florals stay full and polished through the ribbon cutting and beyond.

A salon reception desk featuring a large, wild arrangement of white, yellow, and light purple flowers in a white handled vase, with salon chairs visible in the background.
Outside a glass storefront, several white pedestals painted with a red motif display lush, colorful floral arrangements in shades of pink, red, and peach.
A cozy indoor seating area featuring a rust-orange velvet armchair next to a small round wooden table holding an arrangement of pink dahlias and burgundy smoke bush.
What We Create
A retail display table holding neatly folded activewear and a large, lush floral centerpiece of peach, pink, and white blooms under industrial lighting.

What We Create

Floral moments designed to support your brand, your layout, and the way guests actually move and photograph the space.

  • Storefront entry statements built across staggered plinths, layered for depth and a clean, welcoming threshold
  • Door-flanking arrangements that frame the entrance with symmetry, while the florals stay organic and editorial
  • Step-and-repeat and logo-wall florals that hug the edges and corners, leaving intentional negative space for photos
  • Reception and check-in florals that feel lush and directional, with refined cascades that never clutter the counter
  • Ribbon cutting flowers, including stanchion accents and a hand-tied bouquet designed for hands, cameras, and close-ups
  • Product-display florals that frame hero items and merchandising, keeping labels visible and the story clear
  • Cocktail-hour tabletop pieces and bud-vase rhythms that repeat the palette without overwhelming conversation

Our Process

1

Discovery Call

Every floral project begins with a focused conversation. We review your date, venue, style references, and priorities, then provide a clear quote and initial creative direction based on your needs.
2

Floral Curation

We source premium seasonal flowers from trusted Los Angeles markets and finalize floral recipes, palettes, and quantities. Designs are planned for longevity, photography, and the specific environment of your event.
3

Installation

On the event day, our team delivers and installs the florals with precision and care. We coordinate timing with venue staff and planners to ensure everything is placed correctly and on schedule.
4

Strike & Cleanup

After the event, we return to remove the florals efficiently and discreetly. Cleanup is handled by our team so the space is left exactly as required by the venue.

What Our Clients Say

Working with Masha at Fiore Designs was truly one of the best parts of planning our grand opening. She instantly understood the look we wanted and made the entry and photo moment feel like a big, beautiful celebration.

She created our ribbon cutting bouquet, welcome arrangements, bar flowers, and the florals around our brand backdrop, and every single piece was absolutely stunning. Everything looked fresh, full, and perfectly placed for photos.

FAQs

Tell Us About Your Grand Opening
As soon as you have a date and a venue confirmed, reach out. The earlier we connect, the easier it is to reserve installation timing, confirm quantities, and design around your floor plan and photo priorities.
Yes. We translate brand colors into flower tones and texture choices that still feel natural on camera. If an exact shade is not seasonally available, we build the feeling through layered neutrals, tonal gradients, and a few precise accent stems.
The highest-impact spots are typically the entry threshold, the branded backdrop or sign moment, and the ribbon cutting. We also like to add smaller, intentional placements at check-in and the bar so the entire event reads cohesive in a photo carousel.
We plan stem counts and scale deliberately, then source premium product and build with recipes designed to look full in wide shots. We also account for environment and timing so the florals hold their shape and finish through the full event window.
We provide floral design only. We are happy to collaborate with your team on placement so the florals integrate beautifully with your signage and brand elements, but we do not provide non-floral decor, rentals, or event planning.

Grand openings have tight schedules, lots of cameras, and high-traffic spaces, so the floral details need to be planned differently than a private event. Here are the questions clients ask most as they finalize grand opening flowers and logistics. Still have questions?
