Return & Refund Policy

At Fiore Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund when you contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date/time confirmation.
1) Satisfaction Guarantee (48 Hours)
Our flowers and gift arrangements are handcrafted and perishable. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Eligible requests include:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect item delivered
- Quality concerns
- Other order-related satisfaction concerns reported within 48 hours
2) Perishable Products
Because our products are perishable, a physical return is usually not required.
To review your request, we may ask for:
- Order number
- Recipient name
- Delivery address and delivery date
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
3) Resolution Options
For approved requests submitted within 48 hours, Fiore Designs will provide one of the following:
- Full refund to the original payment method, or
- Replacement arrangement (same or comparable value), based on availability
4) Cancellations and Order Changes
- To change delivery address/date, contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation requests are accepted only before order preparation or dispatch.
- Once an order is in design/dispatch process, cancellation may not be possible.
5) Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Bank/card processing times may vary.
6) Delivery Notes
- Delivery area: within approximately 12 miles of Culver City / Los Angeles service area
- Delivery days: Monday through Saturday
- Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
- Delivery windows are estimated and exact time is not guaranteed
