Daily deliveries are available Wednesday through Saturday. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. We only deliver within a 12 mile radius of the shop.
Deliveries will take place between 1 PM and 5 PM (at this time we can not guarantee an exact delivery time window).
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, an email when the order is out for delivery, and an email to confirm that the order has been delivered.
For large and custom orders or deliveries outside of the delivery radius email us at studio@fioredesigns.com.
*Please note: Due to the fragile nature of flowers, it is our store policy to collect a confirmation from the recipient that they will be available to receive the delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery on the selected date if we do not receive this confirmation or a way of contacting the recipient. We want to ensure that all our arrangements are delivered safely and beautifully, as planned! Thank you for your understanding.
