Online Same-Day Flower Delivery

You need flowers to arrive today, and you want to know they will. Here is exactly how same-day delivery works at Fiore: order online by noon, Monday through Saturday, and we deliver the same day between 1 PM and 6 PM. Every arrangement is made by hand in our Culver City studio with flowers from the LA Flower Market, then driven straight to the door.

How same-day flower delivery works

A same-day order moves from checkout to the design bench to the delivery van in a few hours. Because the flowers never leave Los Angeles, nothing sits in a warehouse or spends a day in a shipping box.

We cannot promise a specific time inside the window, but tell us in the delivery notes if timing matters, for example a lunch that ends at 3 PM or an office that closes at 5 PM, and we will do our best to plan around it.

Delivery fees and areas

Delivery is a single flat fee based on the ZIP code, added to the price of the arrangement. Enter the address at checkout and the exact fee appears before you pay.

If checkout does not recognize your ZIP code, or you need a larger arrangement or a delivery beyond these areas, email us at info@fioredesigns.com. With some notice, we can often arrange it. The full terms are in our delivery policy.

Ordering after noon, on a weekend, or for a later date

The checkout calendar follows the same rules we do, so it only offers dates we can deliver on.

• Before noon: today is available for delivery between 1 PM and 6 PM.
• After noon: the earliest date is the next delivery day. Order this afternoon for tomorrow, or Monday if tomorrow is Sunday.
• Saturday: same-day delivery runs as usual with the same noon cutoff.
• Sunday: we do not deliver. For a Sunday occasion, send the flowers on Saturday or schedule them for Monday.
• A specific future date: choose it at checkout. Ordering a few days ahead is the easiest way to make sure a birthday or anniversary is covered.

Around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, the dates on offer can differ from the usual schedule, and some holidays are closed. The checkout calendar always shows what is open.

If you would rather collect the flowers yourself, choose store pickup at checkout and come by the studio at 3393 Robertson Pl, Monday through Saturday, between 1 PM and 5 PM.

What happens if no one is home

Flowers are fragile, so we confirm with the recipient that someone will be available to receive them. That is why the recipient’s phone number matters. Without it, or without the recipient’s confirmation, we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

Details that help an order arrive smoothly

Most delivery problems do not come from the flowers. They come from a missing unit number or a locked gate. A few extra words at checkout solve almost all of them.

• The full address: include the unit, suite or floor, the business name for offices, and the room number for hospitals.
• A working phone number: the recipient’s number lets us solve a gate or front-desk question in minutes.
• Delivery notes: gate codes, reception hours, a side entrance, or a neighbor who can accept the flowers.
• The card message: keep it short and personal. “Thinking of you today” or “So proud of you” is enough.

Choosing an arrangement quickly

When you are short on time, start with the feeling you want the flowers to carry, then choose by palette.

• Designer’s Choice: our most popular arrangement. We choose the strongest seasonal flowers in the studio that morning, so it suits almost any occasion.
• Soft for gentle, muted tones, and Vivid for bright color and playful texture.
• Neutral: whites and greens built around texture and form, a calm choice for sympathy or a minimal space.
• Hand-tied: a loose bouquet for the recipient’s own vase.
• Succulent Garden: a low-maintenance arrangement of mixed succulents.

What arrives compared with the photo

Our product photos show the palette, shape and size of each arrangement. Because we design with what is freshest at the LA Flower Market that week, individual stems may change while the look and feeling stay the same. Flowers also keep opening after delivery, so an arrangement often looks fuller on its second day than on its first.
