Delivery Policy

Daily deliveries are available Wednesday through Saturday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM Wednesday through Saturday. We only deliver within a 12-mile radius of the studio. Deliveries will take place between 1 PM and 5PM (at this time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time window).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and an email to confirm that the order has been delivered. For large and custom orders or deliveries outside of the delivery radius, email us at studio@fioredesigns.com.

*Please note: Due to the fragile nature of flowers, it is our store policy to collect a confirmation from the recipient that they will be available to receive the delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery on the selected date if we do not receive this confirmation or a way of contacting the recipient. We want to ensure that all our arrangements are delivered safely and beautifully, as planned! Thank you for your understanding.

What is the minimum order size and price per item?
We don't have a minimum order size. Pricing depends on the size of the box and delivery requirements. On average, our clients invest $150 per item.

How much time do I need before ordering from you?
While we can occasionally accommodate quick turnarounds, ideally we would like to know at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead. For gifts that need to be sourced and delivered to us, we would need a larger window for preparing your order.

Can you incorporate our branding into the flower boxes?
Absolutely! We can work with your brand colors and even include branded elements in the packaging upon request.

Can we set up a recurring gift program?
Certainly! We'd be happy to discuss setting up a recurring gift program tailored to your needs and schedule.
