Private Dinner Flowers

Flowers for intimate dinners, chef's tables, and candlelit tablescapes that feel polished from every seat.

A private dinner should feel warm, thoughtful, and easy to walk into. We design the flowers around your table, your lighting, and the way the meal will be served. You get centerpieces and tablescape flowers that look beautiful and fresh all night.

As Seen on

Flowers that make the table feel finished

Planning a private dinner can feel like a lot when every choice is visible. You may have a clear mood in mind, or no idea where to start. At Fiore Designs, Los Angeles, we help shape the table around the kind of night you are hosting.

We keep the flowers low, the placement intentional, and the palette in step with your plates, linens, and candlelight. Our care and attention to detail are exceptional from the first conversation on, so you do not have to worry about flowers arriving tired or looking different from what you approved.

What We Create

For a private dinner, we design the floral pieces your guests will actually see at the table and around the room.

  • Low centerpieces designed for round tables, long tables, and chef’s table setups.
  • Floral runners built with seasonal blooms, garden textures, and space for candles.
  • Bud vase groupings placed down the table for a lighter dinner party flowers look.
  • Tablescape flowers matched to your linens, plates, glassware, and overall color palette.
  • Entry and bar arrangements that carry the same mood into the rest of the room.
  • Statement pieces for sideboards, welcome tables, and intimate event photo moments.

Our Process

1

Discovery Call

Every floral project begins with a focused conversation. We review your date, venue, style references, and priorities, then provide a clear quote and initial creative direction based on your needs.
2

Floral Curation

We source premium seasonal flowers from trusted Los Angeles markets and finalize floral recipes, palettes, and quantities. Designs are planned for longevity, photography, and the specific environment of your event.
3

Installation

On the event day, our team delivers and installs the florals with precision and care. We coordinate timing with venue staff and planners to ensure everything is placed correctly and on schedule.
4

Strike & Cleanup

After the event, we return to remove the florals efficiently and discreetly. Cleanup is handled by our team so the space is left exactly as required by the venue.

We usually ask for your guest count, table shape, linen color, candle plan, and a few reference images. If you are not sure where to start, we will walk you through the whole process and help you narrow it down.
The earlier the better, especially for peak weekends or if you want specific flowers. A few weeks is usually enough for a smaller dinner, but we can sometimes take on last-minute work if our calendar allows.
We align on color, shape, and flower direction before event day, then follow up with you if any seasonal changes come up. Clients often tell us our care and attention to detail were exceptional, and that is exactly how we approach dinner florals.
