Our Process

Design Consultation

To begin a subscription, we start with an in-person design consultation. We’ll visit your home or office to understand your style, space, and preferred placements. Our creative director will tailor the floral arrangements—adjusting vase size and quantity to suit your needs.

Vessel Selection

After the consultation, we will research and prepare a vessel proposal for you to choose from, aligning with your budget and taste for each placement. We will purchase two sets of vessels for weekly rotation, which are yours to keep.

Weekly Deliveries

Once everything is finalized and we receive the vases, weekly deliveries will begin. Each week, we’ll deliver fresh flowers and collect the previous arrangements, keeping one set of vases in your space filled with flowers while the other set is prepared in our studio for the next delivery.

Yes. Many clients start with weekly flowers for maximum freshness and then move to biweekly flower delivery once they find their preferred rhythm. If your schedule changes, we can adjust the cadence so your recurring flowers still feel effortless.
We build recipes around a focal cluster plus supportive blooms and line elements, so the arrangement reads abundant immediately. Stems are conditioned for hydration and longevity, and we avoid ingredients that bruise easily when we know a design needs to travel well.
Absolutely. We can keep a consistent color direction (warm neutrals, blush, peach, or deeper tones) while rotating flower varieties and textures seasonally. The result feels cohesive in your space, but never copy-and-paste.
We can design in a Fiore-selected vessel (clear glass cylinders or light stone ceramics are common), or design into client-provided vases if you prefer. We will confirm sizing so the arrangement sits correctly and the stem mechanics are clean.
Reception desks, conference tables, and executive offices are ideal because they are visible and typically climate-stable. We design with longevity in mind, and we will share simple care notes so the arrangement stays composed through the week.
